Over the last six months, Bow Arts has been working with the E1 Partnership schools to deliver an inspiring programme of arts and cultural learning for children and their teachers.

Each school has taken part in their own arts projects led by professional artists from Bow Arts, as well as training sessions for teachers, and an accredited holiday school club for children who have a particular talent in art.

1,430 individual children and young people have taken part in artist-led projects

7 individual school projects, delivered against school improvement priorities, and made up of over 66 artist days

6 professional development sessions for teaching and support staff, reaching 144 participants

5 new permanent artworks produced for schools

36 children and young people gaining Arts Award qualifications

£8,750 of match funding provided by Bow Arts and Tower Hamlets Arts and Music Service (THAMES).
